Velvet Lounge Reservation Policy
Effective October 2025
Velvet Lounge is committed to providing a secure, FUN, and memorable experience. The policies
below apply to all reservations without exception and must be reviewed and signed prior to arrival.
Age & Entry Requirements
These policies are enforced strictly and without exceptions.
• All guests must be 21 years or older to enter the venue. A valid, government-issued ID is required for
every guest.
• No minors of any age are allowed inside the venue, including infants or children accompanied by a
parent.
• Guests who arrive intoxicated, impaired, or under the influence will be denied entry immediately under
TABC regulations.
• Guests who become disruptive, unsafe, or excessively intoxicated during their reservation will be
escorted out. No refunds will be issued.
• Failure to follow staff instructions or venue policies will result in immediate removal.
• A two-hour minimum applies to reservations of seven or more guests.
A 10-minute grace period applies; late arrivals may forfeit the reservation.
Reservation Inclusions
Your reservation fee covers your reserved space only. It does not include beverages of any kind, food,
taxes, or gratuity.Your reservation includes:
• Priority VIP Entry – Skip the line and enter through our designated VIP entrance.
• Guaranteed Seating – A secured table and chairs reserved exclusively for your party.
• Dedicated Server – Personalized service throughout your reservation.
• Cover Charge Included – All guests in your party receive complimentary cover charge access.
• Extended Time Option – If available, you may extend your reservation at the standard hourly rate.
Payment & Gratuity
• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking through our website.
• Parties of eight or more are automatically charged a 20% gratuity.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• For groups requiring multiple tables or parties over 20 guests, contact Danielle@vlfbg.com.
Alcohol Service & Conduct
Velvet Lounge strictly follows all TABC laws.
• Alcohol service cannot be provided to guests who appear intoxicated or impaired.
• Staff and management may stop service or remove guests at any time for safety or compliance
reasons.
• Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are available for designated drivers.
• Staff can assist with arranging transportation if needed.
• Guests denied entry or removed due to intoxication or policy violations will not receive refunds.
