Effective April 2026

Please read and review the following contract between you and Velvet Lounge.  Please DocuSign and pay using the link online.  The following must be agreed and signed before arrival:

    • All guests must be 21 or older to enter Velvet Lounge.

    • NO guest may seem impaired from alcohol or any other substance and allowed entry.

    • If a guest in your party gets too intoxicated, they will be asked to leave.  The rest of the party may remain at the table, once the impaired guest is taken care of.

    • Disruption of any kind will not be tolerated.  If you are asked to leave your table for any reason and do not comply, we will contact the police asap.

    • There are no refunds for any reason.

Reservations are made hourly at a rate of:

    • $75/hr for parties of 1- 3 people

    • $150/hr. for parties of 4-7 people

    • $300/hr. for parties of 8-12 people

    • 13+ Guests and up is case by case basis and can ask for to reserve upon availability by emailing: Danielle@vlfbg.com

    • All reservations are 2-hour Max (3rd hour may be offered as long as all guests meet TABC standards)

    • The last reservation available on any day is 9PM

    • Must arrive on time – we are busy and only allow a 10-minute grace period.  Call (830)992-3047 asap if you know you will be running behind and we will do our best to accommodate.

Reservation  includes:

    • Skip the line with dedicated Vip Entrance at THE VELVET RED ROPE 

    • Cover Charge for all guests.

    • Secured table and chairs with a server at time of reservation.

    • You will be able to extend the reservation by an hour if available – just let your server know and you will be charged an additional hourly rate.  Otherwise the table will be for sale at the end of your reservation.  You will always be asked first if you would like the additional hour.

    • ALL GUESTS WILL ASKED TO BE ON ONE TAB – we are happy to divide the ticket itemized at payout!

    • THERE IS A 20% gratuity added for parties of 8 or more at Velvet Lounge! Please don’t let that limit your staff for amazing service!!

All reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation to be reserved using the link on our website.  No exceptions.  Parties of 8 or more will be auto grated at 20% tip.

All guests agree to comply with the TABC rules and regulations and with Velvet Lounge Alcohol Policy.  This means you will not overserve yourself or others in relation to the reservation.

Velvet Lounge, located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests.  Please ensure that guests arriving at Velvet Lounge are not overly intoxicated.  We adhere to strict TABC guidelines and regulations.  We have the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who is unable to comply.

Velvet Lounge serves both food and nonalcoholic drinks.  We allow free NA  drinks (soda/tea/tap water) to Designated Drivers. Please let your server know upon arrival.

Should you be too impaired to drive home, please let your server know and Velvet Lounge will secure you a taxi or Uber for you to pay upon arrival at your destination.

By signing you agree to all the terms and conditions listed in this contract.
